It's supposed to be for Medicare recipients, but went through fine for me. It doesn't work with AOL, had to use Internet Explorer. :bigok:

You will get one of these as long as you have your U S government issued medicare card that lists name,SSN, if you have hospital part A and B. Heck you may even have to be diabetic to get this. The company will call to verify your info so please be careful if you really don't qualify. Sorry to be mean but this was for people enrolled in Medicare.
