Since Monday, August 23, 2004, we have been inundated with literally
hundreds of requests for free samples each day. Because we are a
small business, we are both logistically and financially unable to
provide free samples at this rate.

Effective immediately, we are charging $1.50 to send samples. Please
note that this covers shipping ONLY, not the actual cost of the tea
samples. The tea remains a FREE sample. If you are still interested
in receiving our high-quality tea, you may pay for your shipping
charge either via our website or by sending us a check or money
order. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that part of this sudden burst in requests was due to
someone adding us to a "freebies" web site without consulting us.
Though we are flattered by such interest, we did NOT request
inclusion in this site and are requesting removal from it.
Regrettably, such an explosion in sample requests as generated by
this web site disrupted our previously well-calculated balance
between distributed samples and generated business from those
samples. Therefore, we are changing our samples practice and must
now charge $1.50 to defray shipping costs. $1.50 is what it costs for
us to send the product to you. The tea itself is still free.

We also will take many weeks to fill this many sample requests. We
thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
