I received this email from Thunderbolt Tea...

ATTENTION - TEA SAMPLE REQUESTS FROM THE U.S.A.:
We regret to inform you that we cannot send tea samples to USA because
of strict vigil kept on all food imports to USA by FDA. We normally
send tea samples by AIRMAIL, but according to our recent experience most
of the tea samples were not delivered and some were returned. However it
doesn't mean that we cannot send tea to USA - Yes, we can through DHL
courier service. Airmail costs us about US$2 and DHL costs anything
between US$13-18. So you can imagine if we have to send tea samples to 1000
people at a time ie. if we send by DHL. Tea connoiseurs from USA have
to order tea directly and along with the ordered tea we will include
other tea samples.
