you fogot to mention that subscription requires for you to donwload and install on your computer "zinio" reader in ortder to view the magazine. Now, I don't know anything about zinio, but I would hate to start getting pop-ups and spyware along with it on my PC......It it were directly from US News & World, I would trust them, otherwise it looks like a "gator"-like scam.

just a food for thought :confused:

I've used Zinio in the past and didn't have any problems. I don't know about the latest version, though.
 
Just signed up for the subscription and was also told their download is a must. Probably not worth the problems the download may cause!!
 
I don't trust Apple anymore since they bundle IGoons with every download of Quicktime. I'd trust Zinio over Apple.
 
Apple does not claim that this software is 'fine' It states on the same page as the download

"Apple is providing links to these applications as a courtesy, and makes no representations regarding the applications or any information related thereto. Any questions, complaints or claims regarding the applications must be directed to the appropriate software vendor."

Its merely another way one can use the iPOD.
 
Did anyone find their subscription stop? I have mine, and received three issues and then no more notification to get the magazine!! What gives?
