The Free-American Flags promotion ("Promotion") provides registrants of www.free-americanflags.com ("Registrants") with the opportunity to receive a free U.S. Flag static cling decal. The Promotion will continue on an ongoing basis until terminated by Webclients.net ("Sponsor"). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or revise these Official Rules at any time without notice.
Sponsor is under no obligation to send you a free U.S. Flag static cling decal if you have not complied with the following steps:
1. truthfully complete all required fields in the Registration Form;
2. abide by these Official Rules;
3. respond affirmatively to an e-mail confirming your subscription to the Free-American Flags Newsletter; and
4. remain a subscriber of the Free-American Flags Newsletter for a minimum of 30 days.
Please be advised that the U.S. Flag static cling decals are shipped monthly. In any event, a U.S. Flag s tatic cling decal will not be shipped until valid Registrants remain a subscriber of the Free-American Flags Newsletter for a minimum 30-day term. Recipients may not substitute, transfer, or assign any U.S. Flag static cling decal. All taxes and incidental expenses associated with claiming a U.S. Flag static cling decal are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a limit of one U.S. Flag static cling decal per household.
