Did anyone else sign up for this and get the e-mail? I got it, but haven't even checked to see exactly what is covered and where a facility might be located. Rather have cash (ha ha).
 
I got the e-mail coupon. When I checked my area for facilities, there are 6 facilities but not a single one has the coupon symbol by it. I am going to contact them directly to see if they will take to coupon. Fingers crossed!!!
 
i entered, but i haven't received an email. when did they come and who were they from. i sure could use it. there are some around here. i don't know whether they have the coupon symbol by them though.
