I know this doesn't qualify for the absolutely free section but couldn't find where to post:

$5 GC with $25 GC Purchase at BuffaloWildWings and TGI Friday's.

Ruby's have the same deal but the bonus bucks (those extra $5) can only be redeem until next year. This is Ruby's, I don't know about BWW or TGIF. Read the fine print. If they do not have it. Buy the gift card and pay with that your meal. Is like having a 20% off discount right there! :tongue:

elephant bar has the same deal- i've taken advantage the past two years!
 
well, regarding BW3, I had used their offer immediately on the $5 gift certificate (not card) while the card can be used the next day to allow the credit card transaction to go thru. Don Pablos had such deal a couple of years back where you buy a $25 GC and you get another $25 free which was to be used by the end of Feb or something the following year. Heck, I'd buy that if its still around :-D

you are right clubchick but people tend to look at BOGO as a better option than half price ;)
 
Whats BW3? If its for BuffaoWildWings, why is it BW3? Theres only two Ws there... Just curious.

If you want to do fractions:
5=GC Bonus Bucks
25 = GC Price
5/25 = 1/5th = 0.20 Hence the 20%

1/6th = 0.17 is only 17%

Rest my case ;)
 
I went yesterday to Marie Callender's and they have the same deal.
Question: If I buy the 25 GC, can I use it right there the same day?

well, you're getting $30 in gc for the price of 25... so you're actually saving 5 off of 30, which is 1/6

i rest mine, but only for a min cuz the kids need me for something again :p

It stands for Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck, which is short for "Kimmelweck", basically a Kaiser roll toasted with caraway seed and rock or sea salt. It is popular with slow-roasted beef (beef on weck), served with fresh gravy and fresh horseradish sauce. I lived in Buffalo for 11 years so I know these things. BW3 is actually based out of Minnesota though. Anchor Bar, home of the "Buffalo Wing" or "chicken wing" as they are really called in Buffalo, is now accepting applications for franchises. If you ever visit Buffalo/Niagara, stop into the Anchor Bar and every pizza place you can.

Of course theyre just chicken wings in Buffalo. Youre not gonna go to France and ask for French Bread. ;)

lol i never thought about that... we eat american cheese, though. what about french toast for breakfast- that's not just regular toast... what do they call it?

Heck from what I knew that stands for Buffalo Wild Wings and (potato) Wedges coz they're really neat too. The Weck that groove1 mentioned might be true for the Buffalo area but since BW3 is surely into chicken, am sure the potatoes get the respect they deserve ;-) Damn am starving for the Carribean Jerk, spicy garlic and some Blazin'

You are either getting 30 for the price of 25 or you are getting 25 for the price of 20. I think is really the first statement. So I concede, you are right clubchick, is only 16.67% off. :claps:
