fry's rebate

i bought buffalo hard drive from fry's like last year end of NOV and i never heard anything from them and i called last month and they said they never received anything from me. they told me to fax the documents again and i faxed them like 2 times and they still haven't receive yet. then i kept on calling them, they said i have to wait for 72 hrs or w/e. i called back to them today again and now they said they don't deal with that company anymore. they also told me to go back to the local store and ask them. so what should i do? thanks in advance for the reply.

Go to your local Fry's (best if you go to the one where you bought your item) with copies of your rebate paper work. Explain what happened to the people in their rebate dept . In my experience with Fry's Rebate Dept, they've always been very helpful, and in situations like this, they will help you with whatever rebate company is giving your trouble, and if needed (for example, if the rebate company is being uncooperative despite you doing everything right), Fry's will even pay you what you're owed.
