Fun Drinking Games

K, So I don't drink alcohol, but i really enjoy the idea of drinking games. I'm curious if anyone knows any drinking games that are fun to play witnon-alcoholic beverages...i.e. kool-aid, milk, orange juice, etc.
 
You ever try a 'suicide'? It's where you mix in as many soft drinks you can into one cup. You get your rootbeer, orange soda, cola products, sprite, etc. and is quite nasty. That was about the only game I played. What a waste of my own hard-earned money when I was younger. LOL
 
If there's no alcohol, where's the fun? :( :cocktail: :) :beer_yum:
 
in HS we actually just played with water.. and whoever went to use the restroom first lost..

I think you could play any of the games without :beer_yum: :cocktail: ;)
 
Spaz: I've done the suicide, Only i typically enjoyed the outcomes.

Precocious: I'm a fan of actually remembering the fun the next day, and being in control of what fun I have...

Tigger: I've played that game many a times. The hard plastic cups at cafeterias are the best for that, espescially when they break :eek:

Scoopons: I suppose we did kinda similar things in high school...although i would never admit to it ;)

Cedar: I agree, you can play any drinking game without the alcohol, i've just never been around the alcohol to know what the drinking games that are fun to play are. The talk about beer pong is what got me started with this thread, but what are some other drinking games that people play with alcohol that are fun? Please enlighten me.
 
We always play a$$hole...basically that is what you become when you lose and have to be the dealer/shuffler for the next hand.... I dont know the rules... I only remember when I am tipsy... here is a link I found http://www.pagat.com/climbing/asshole.html

Kings categories is fun also..you put all the cards scattered on the table face down and one at a time pull a card...what ever number/face you pull has a certain thing you have to do... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kings_(drinking_game)

Beer Pong...or Soda Pong.... is fun also, you ry to sink you ping pong ball in the opponents cups and make then drink...you want to be the first to get the opponents cups gone...here is the directions and an exaggerated pic..we use 6 cups in a triangle... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beer_pong

Actually you can get water intoxication by drinking too much water. I learned that a couple months ago when someone in a frat died from some initiation where he had to drink A LOT of water. So there!.. :D and yeah.. i dont like feeling drunk and stupid either..
 
N/A Drinking Game:
Try drinking an entire gallon of milk at one time - it's lots of fun! LOL
 
The ones I play most often are:

Kings

Flip Cup

Beer Pong (known as Beruit here...)

Quarters

And occasionaly waterfall.

Quarters involves a few people (3-5 or so) and a shot glass. You take turns trying to bounce the quarter off the table and into the shot glass. If you make it, you add a predetermined amount of beer (or w/e) into a glass. The next person tries. If he misses, he drinks what's in the cup. If he makes it, he can then add more beer into the cup. It then goes to the next person.

Waterfall involves drinking beers for extended periods of time (chugging) and i can't imagine the fun in that if you weren't using alcohol, so i wont waste my time explaining that.
 
Who said you have to play until you get 'drunk & stupid'? I do not recommend drinking to the point of being 'out of control' but, only a bit 'happy'. The pendulum swings to both extremes, I like to 'stay in the middle'. I've seen much too many 'drunk & stupids' in my life. As with anything, moderation.....


Wade, did you ever see the "Honeymooners" episode where Ralph got 'drunk' on grape juice? (He thought it was wine?) The power of suggestion is very strong......
 
i only say drunk and stupid.. because most people I know become that.. because they play for hours..

You make a good argument precocious. So perhaps I should explain a bit better.

Besides the short term effects of becoming "drunk & stupid" I worry about the further reaching consequences of alcohol consumption. Something that extends even beyond any physical consequences. God, by way of prophets, has made a promise that, among other things, if you avoid "strong drink" (alcoholic beverages) you will "receive health in their navel and marrow to their bones; And shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures; and shalll run and not be weary and shall walk and not faint". I know that I could really use some of that wisdom and knowledge as well as the physical blessings promised in my life.

So yeah, it sounds like theres some fun games here i might try out. I'm thinking doing it with either large amounts of hot kool-aid, small amounts of tobasco sauce, or white castle hamburgers :)

Just a thought.... Not really wanting to split hairs with religious sects (I'm not fully versed on Mormon beliefs, but I know it's Chrisitan and there are certain threads which run throughout), however, it is said that Jesus turned 'water' into 'wine' and priests (Roman Catholic) drink wine at masses as the 'blood of Christ'. Wine is very prominent in the Bible. I think the message is more of 'moderation'. In the pictures I've seen of the 'Last Supper', they weren't playing 'quarters'.....;)

Now as for the 'murder burger/belly-bombs', make sure you add the cheese and extra pickles. BTW, I wouldn't have my 'significant other' around the next morning, you'll be very green. :o

biblical wine = grape juice....very little fermentation if any (at least as I understand it)

Yes, I know. I know all too well the adverse affects of eating White Castle. They are actually having candle lit dinners there valentines day if you sign up early enough. How'd that be for the worst date ever?

Too bad I don't have a significant other to share special moments like that with :(
