Veggie Thanksgiving Starter Kit

Hi Everyone,

I have just joined. My daughter is living with us once again and she is a vegeterian and is trying to convert me. Anyway, although, I love my turkey, I am open to all types of foods and would love to receive some ideas for substitutes (or at least sides) to this holiday meal.
