I think, Ring central is a voice mail service, where as Gizmo is VOIP based call in service, like YahooIn. So if you are logged into PC/Gizmo, the call should ring on your Gizmo and u can talk to the caller, if you are not logged in, then the call will go to your Gizmo voicemail.
