oh my.... we would have never been able to wear any of those things to my prom! And I love the red plastic carpet!

the helicopter hair-do was actually pretty cool i thought. the rest was quite scary.
 
OMG i saw these at work the same day you posted these.. man these chain e-mails get around quick.. if someone got fired.. i prob should delete this from my work comp.... :o

I knew that picture looked familiar - I saw it on this site. Look under the Results #2 tab. Yet another site dedicated to the mistakes people make and don't realize until 10 years later when their picture shows up on a website poking fun at them. LOL

I would guess Camden. One of them is wearing a Sixers jersey, so I would assume they're Philadelphia fans. I commute to Camden sometimes and I would say this area looks similar.
