This is pretty cool. All you have to do is search for the food you're interested in (such as tomatos, kidney beans, etc..) and click on the option that best describes the variety of options (fresh, canned, etc...) and you will find a graph detailing the nutritional info for the item - carbs, protien, fat and more! This is a great tool for those w/ diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc...
