Grisoft Anti-Virus & Anti-Spyware V8.0 for $19.99 Shipped

This might be a good deal, but...

Yeah, this price might be nice, but if it was my $20, I'd stick with the free version you can get from Grisoft's website. Just google search "AVG Free" and follow the links to AVG's page. It's not super-customizable, but it gets the job done...and it's free :clap:
 
Another free alternative is Avast. I've been using it for about a year now and it's been great. It covers more than AVG Free does.
