Just wanted to give all the Spoffee's and Spoffians a heads up about Guess Factory.com. I purchased a few things from them with a 20% off discount coupon code. My cart reflected the discount ($31.60) however at the final check out the discount was not applied. There were no second chances, you didn't get to review your order - I entered my cc info and it was zapped. This would have been fine and dandy had they charged me the correct amount. I contacted their customer service department via e-mail with a copy paste of what the cart reflected before they hit my credit card and then the final charge. That was 5 days ago, to date I have not heard from them. Today I called their customer service department - the rep was exceptionally rude, which didn't sit well with me since my profession is a customer service manager! She "told" me there was nothing she could do for me that I should have noticed this and taken care of it before I allowed the transaction to complete. When I explained there was not an option to review the final charges before they charged my cc she sat there silent and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me??? LOL - I said well you haven't done anything for me, but you could give me the credit I am due. She said MA'AM I already "told" you - there is nothing we can do. Sigh, so I am out $31.60 and will never do business with Guess again which is too bad because through the years they have gotten quite a few of my duckets! hwell:
