I see in the terms also

So I gave it a try and ordered with the $20 promotional code and see the following

Cr@p! I tried every way from Sunday to get that code to take~backed out retried, cancelled order, retried. NO LUCK!! I think it takes the Spoofee touch! Oh well, would have been great to get the extra $20 but $40.00 to play with on Amazon is nothing to sneeze at...and Santa is bringing an awesome Guitar Hero upgrade.:clap:
 
canceled my order. the $20 coupon worked but no confirmation in the email (so no guarantee) of the $40 credit. Only a deal IMO with the credit, not just the $20 off. But sure was a good deal when both first worked.
 
How long did you wait before canceling??

I'm tempted but Amazon.com has become really scammy with regards to their promos. I don't trust them anymore. We have Rock Band in the closet waiting for Christmas so I don't need guitar hero at this point.
 
I never got this anywhere during the order process or afterward in an email, which is why I canceled.

You might still get the credit even if you didn't get this message either; I just didn't think it was worth the risk so I canceled when I still had the chance.
 
The code is longer working for the $20 off, Ill take my chances to see if I can find another code soon!!
