i found this to be the least expensive, unless you want to get just the code off of ebay for about 20 dollars.

all you do is call them up and say that you were never given a cd-key. i do it all the time for microsoft and get product keys for xp pro, office 2003, and a lot of other stuff.

My point was that I might be able to find one for the same price without the hassle of calling anyone with code problems.

no you have to mail in proof of purchase with $10 to valve for a new cd key.

no you don't because they just gave me a cd key a month ago and i gave it to my friend.
