1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 13/10/2008, eligible U.S. residents may visit
www.handstands.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on 13/10/2008 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per person per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to all residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions, except APO/FPO addresses), who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry on or before the Contest Closing Date.If the selected entrant is under the age of majority, his or her parents or legal guardians will also be required to sign an indemnity of the Sponsor regarding the selected entrant's acceptance of the prize. Employees of HandStands, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 13/10/2008 from all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on 13/10/2008 . Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one Grand Prize per household. Winners will be notified by standard mail as well as by email. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize.
4. PRIZES & VALUES: One (1) prize - approximate retail value: $249.00 (USD) - will be awarded as follows: Grand Prize - U.S. residents will receive a Legs Beautician BC-02A valued at $249.00. Prizes are valued in U.S. currency. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prize is provided ?As is,? and the winner assumes all responsibility, risk and liability for the use, operation and maintenance of the prize.
5. GENERAL RULES: Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
No substitution or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Participants may not use sophisticated and/or automated telephone or computer equipment and/or programs to win the contest. Winners who are found to have used such equipment will be disqualified.
6. WINNERS: For a list of the Grand and First Prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by May 31, 2008 to HandStands Legs Beautician Giveaway, 675 West 14600 South, Bluffdale, UT 84065. Winner's list will be sent once the Grand Prize has been awarded.

In the event of termination, the drawing will be conducted to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination.
