To enter online: Visit www.socksontherun.com to complete the online entry form and submit your entry as directed. By submitting your entry you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on September 15, 2006. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address per day. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. To enter by mail: hand print on a 3" x 5" index card your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code and phone number, e-mail address (if applicable), and date of birth, and mail in an envelope to: "Hanes Honolulu Hula Dancin' Holiday Sweepstakes", P.O. 3462, Dept. Neither the Sponsor nor any of its agencies is responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage-due mail, stolen entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Mechanically reproduced entries or entries otherwise generated by a script, macro or other automated means are not eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 9/30/06 from all eligible mail-in and Internet entries received. Grand Prize consists of a one-week trip for two people to Honolulu, Hawaii. Trip includes round trip coach class airfare for two people from major airport nearest winner's home (at Sponsor's discretion) to Honolulu; single room double occupancy hotel accommodations in Waikiki Beach for seven nights (including hotel taxes); ground transportation between the Honolulu airport and hotel; car rental for two days (mid-size category); winner's option of as many as eight designated activities or outings, which may include activities such as a luau, whale watching cruise, group surfing lessons, Pearl Harbor tour, bike/hike excursion, and others; and $800 cash. Grand Prize also includes up to $200 worth of selected HANES merchandise. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is: $8,000. Additional ground transportation, meals, tips, entry fees, activity charges, insurance and other personal expenses not specifically included above are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. All arrangements must be made through Sponsor. Trip must be completed prior to November 30, 2007. No minors may accompany winner on prize trip unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel companion of winner must sign and return liability and publicity release prior to travel. Parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return the release for companion if the travel companion is a minor. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure and winner's choice of activities. Any difference between estimated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner.

If events beyond Sponsor's control, and/or activities cannot be awarded when winner is scheduled to travel, Sponsor will attempt to arrange for alternate activities/events of a comparable nature, but, in no event, shall Sponsor be required to compensate Winner or guest for any such cancellation or substitution. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if Winner or guest is unable to take scheduled trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, or other acts beyond Sponsor's control. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions will be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned and must be accepted as awarded. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
