Has anybody tried taxact.com?

Has anybody tried taxact.com to file your taxes? It is supposed to be free. It sounds too good to be true. Does anybody know if its legitimate?

No idea. I am happy with turbo tax online. If you are a State Farm customer you can do them for free using Turbo Tax online and even file your state taxes for free.

Is good.

I have used taxcut for over 20 years now - it is a very good program.

I used the CD version, when they gave you a rebate on e-filing (now you have to pay for it)

I have never used the 'on-line' version, but would think it is the same.

Don't know about the 'free file' part it's only ~$15.00 to e-file.
