Has anyone had a problem with bizrate magazine subscriptions

My daughter did a survay with them a year ago and she just called me and said that they took over $ 100 out of her account in magazine subscriptions and over drew her account. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do? HELP!! PLEASE!!!

How did they get her account information, if she only was doing a survey?

She had to have given them the info (and in effect) authorized them to charge her account.
