Dear Yoga Instructor,

We are preparing for the Spring 2009 YogaFit Sampling Program, but we need your help. The challenging economic times and sample provider requirements are driving us to make changes to the program to insure it’s future. To better manage the program and assure appropriate distribution, we need to eliminate residential gift pack deliveries.

Many instructors have registered their homes as their ship to address. We can no longer guarantee delivery of samples to your home. We are asking you to visit our web-site at www. nichesampling.com/yogafit and re-register with a business address or the facility you teach at. If you are already receiving samples at the facility you teach at, we still need you to re-register. This is a great opportunity to update your student enrollment and contact information.

Please re-register by March 6th to receive YogaFit samples this spring. We will email you with more details about the program as it draws near. Thank you for your understanding and support of this program.

I received a phone call and email today.

I was unable to answer the phone so she sent me the email. My letter is exaclty as girlsrus but my date says March 16.
