HEADSUP:information on buzz agent/my points

Thanks for the heads up! How long does it take to receive the reward?
 
I have gotten rewards from MyPoints before and they usually come very quickly.
 
Thanks for the heads up! Is it not good to save them or something.... I have tons of points I just don't know what I want....:) Is it best to redeem now??? Thanks
 
I cashed all my points from bzz agent in on $125.00 worth of giftcards and almost have enough for another $25.00. I have submitted one report since and received 50 bzz points, accepted them and it still hasn't showed up in my mypoints. (this was yesterday and it says wait 48 hours) I was just wondering if anyone new if bzz points were still going to be equal to 8 mypoints each or if that was only during shiloh? Also will they be available to redeemed immediatly through mypoints or do we have to wait the 30 plus days> If anyone knows please let me know. I haven't been able to find anything out yet on the site. Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't matter if you save them or redeem them as long as you are active on mypoints . I think your points expire after one year of inactivity, then again who knows, they may add new rewards?
 
I signed up on MyPoints over 5 years ago, accumulated points and never redeemed them. When I went to the Bzz Agent website and noticed that they were converting bzz points to MyPoints, I went back to the MyPoints site and my old points were still there, as well as my Bzz Points.
 
I ordered a $50 TJ Maxx gift card with some of the points yesterday. I plan to submit several reports over the next couple of days, so I'll post what the outcome is when I know!
 
Question...do the gift cards (if you redeem points for them) come snail mail, or do you just get emailed a code to use on-line? Thanks~

They mail them via snail mail within 6-8 weeks I believe it said. :)

It depends which reward you request. Most are physical gift cards, but a few (like Amazon.com, when it was available) are electronic.

With REALLY slow dial-up I don't use online codes too often, it's easier to go to the stores. My Bzz Points were transfered and they really added up quickly with what was alread in My Points. I'm gonna be a happy shopper soon!
 
I've redeemed my points for gift cards a few times now. They come snail mail, but each time it's been less than 2 weeks!

Has anyone else noticed an uptick in their spam amil since we started this Mypoints deal? Now I don't believe that it is the Mypoints site generating the spam, but some of the sites we are taken to when we "click to get points".

I know I was doing doing a survey through one of their emails last week and one of the sections asked if we would like to receive manufacturer coupons and when you indicated yes, it asked for your mother's maiden name!! I just closed it up right there.

I maybe be crazt but I have been loaded with spam since getting involved with the Mypoints deal and wondered if anyone else had noticed.
 
I registered with MyPoints before the Bzz Agent change over. I hadn't noticed any increase beyond the 10 or more emails from MyPoints for various offers each day to earn the 5 or more points each.

I've been with mypoints for 7 years and haven't ever had a problem.

Any results yet? I just submitted some reports and was wondering since it said they'd email me w/an offer from mypoints. What's the offer? Take 'em or leave 'em?
