HELP!

I am trying to burn my CLEAN YOUR HOUSE! Motivational CDs for our Holiday Grand Plan group. I am out of tricks from my geek bag. I know there are many more people who are smarter than I when it comes to the ways of the computer! I am just praying that one of you is on here tonight!

So...

I'm trying to burn CDs. I tried iTunes first. I have a Playlist created. I tried to burn the disc 3 times. I slowed down the writing speed the 3rd time just in case. All three times I got a 4450 error. I did a google search and it seems like a lot of people have this error. Lots of people had success trying to burn with other programs.

So...

I tried Nero. Cool thing that I learned is that you can just highlight your playlist in iTunes and drag it to Nero to create a playlist in that program. Too bad I didn't figure that out until song 12 out of 25... but I'll take the good as I can get it right about now. So! I tried Nero. It conked out on me twice. I tried to manipulate the setting, but the disc writing kept erroring.

So...

BTW: It seems like it errors on different tracks... not always the same track...

So...

I tried Windows Media Player. Again... you can click and drag from iTunes. How handy! I only tried to burn once and it errored again. It tried to finalize on track 11 out of 25 tracks. All the tracks were analyzed and listed as "pending" before the writing process, but the disc still failed.

This stinks.

Can anyone help me?

I need to burn 12 of these before tomorrow!

THANKS!

After moving the files to my C: disk drive from my Terra Station for one final effort which failed miserably, I opened up a new package of disks and they are burning just fine. And the aggravating thing... the discs that didn't work are the "more expensive" disks and the ones that are working are the cheapo ones that you get 200 in a bundle for free after rebate...

go figure...

I've had that happen. Cheap ones burned fine. My only guess was I got a bad batch with the expensive ones.
