Hey Spoofeers,
If any of you have any extra dog/cat food or treats that you can spare, check out your local animal shelters and ASPCA groups. They are always happy for a donation and with the cold weather arriving, they could use the same! Any old towels, blankets, spreads, rugs are usually desired as well. So give your local homeless furry friends a hand, or handout, they will be so grateful. :)

Do you think the people should get them first?

I work for both animal & people benefit shops. We have more animal than people benefit shops sometimes.

I am assuming you mean my comment about the linen, and, yes, you certainly have a very valid point!! So folks, if you have any charities, or, homeless shelters that could use any old linens that works too! I do know that the Church here on the Island enjoys receiving sample size toiletries. Sooooooo if you are doing any "house cleaning" of those samples, please remember that the shelters may be able to utilize them in your local areas!

I save all my sample size toiletries for the community care center in our town. They really appreciate them.

:hurray: And don't forget the FREE adoptions at participating NO-KILL shelters happening this Saturday, January 24th! It's all paid for by Hill's Science Diet --- You get a new furry friend (plus a "doggie bag" of freebies) and they get to send all these cuties to good homes! It's a win-win situation :boogy:

Yes some of these dogs really need the treats, even cheap stuff they'll look at and see prime rib.
