Help me create a diet menu please!?

I am attempting to create a menu for next month to go on a diet, but I want suggestions from you guys, I need to create a 31 day menu to print and follow,

Can you all suggest a breakfast, lunch and dinner for a day that is low in fat, healthy, whatever to aid in losing weight?

After I create my menu for October and follow it, I will let you guys know how it turns out, and don't be a kvetch and hijack my thread! LOL:p

I need help here!
 
I recommend sparkpeople.com. I have been a member for 2 years now. They have "sparkrecipes" that are nutritious/delicious/healthy. They also let you chart your food and give you a sample menu for each day if you want to follow their suggestions.

Breakfast - Coors Light Beer

Lunch - Coors Banquet Beer

Dinner - Makers Mark bourbon

Day 2 thru 31

Repeat Day 1 menu

Whole foods the key! like eat a whole apple instead of drinking apple juice. 100% Whole Wheat instead of enriched wheat.
