Help me with a late rebate

I sent in my rebates on time for the 60 gig hard drive deal, but i guess the cdr's had an earlier postmark due date than the others.

I got this email:

Thank you for claiming your OCTOBER 50 Pack CD-R Spindle rebate.

Although we have received your claim submission, we had a problem with one of the items you sent in. The problem(s) are listed below:

The rebate you are claiming was received outside of the postmark dates as specified by the manufacturer.

No more action is required.





What can i do??? call them and see if i can get a nice CSR who will let it go through?

ims ure it cant be mroe than a day or 2 late. dammit this sucks, they are nazi's

Call and inquire about it

I have in the past with Staples and OD. I sent in a rebate form for something before the rebate started(1 day early), and I talked to the CSR and she said that they would send the check right out. About a week later I recieved the check. Just tell them that with all the stuff you have ordered that it is hard to keep the rebates in order. That worked for me. Give it a try.
