My friends brother and his fiancee have made the "Final 4" of a contest to have their wedding costs covered by a local radio station, including rings, catering, dress, etc.... as long as they get married on Valentine's Day and allow the listeners to help make some of the choices. They are a very cute couple! Scott is his 27 year old younger brother, and his fiancee is a parapelegic who lost use of her legs in a childhood car accident.
