damn, these are expensive knives! do they cook your veggies after you're done cutting them?

They are NICE Knives! I received a pair for Christmas one year after my Farberware set wore out. NICE. Plus, they are not as expensive as the Wustoff Knives and about as nice. I have a Wustoff Meat Slicer and it only comes out for holidays & company.
 
At the restaurant where I did my apprenticeship my Chef called them Stinkels. lol. I personally dont like Henckels and maybe my Chef rubbed off on me a bit. They are the least favorite of all my knives. I have a couple of Henckels (and they do stain and my santoku is actually rusting in a spot), a Wusthof, a Sabatier, and sets of Messermeister and Cuisinart knives (I cant stop buying knives!). The Messermeister are my favorites. The Cuisinarts arent too far behind.
