Somebody has just a little tooooooo much time on their hands.

Very clever and definitely funny although it looks to me like they really got multiple shots of one time.

omg!! were there any trees hurt in the making of this film??

Is that a Brazilian cherry wood deck?

Sorry to be a downer, but I am not seeing the humor in it. I am a huge animal lover. Sorry folks.

These are rodents and quite destructive. Granted these happen to be cute and assuming they "learn", this home owner has probably taken the least lethal way to get rig of them. I'm sure they are like cats and land on their feet. Granted the guy who dreamed this up probably had too many brewskies that day but it probably contributed to saving the life of the thing.

They are very much like raccoons :shhh:

I am an animal lover too, but squirrels are rodents and rodents don't fall under my definition of animals. As posted previously on spoofee...

I hate squirrels too. One fell down our chimney and got into our finished basment. It chewed through a couple window frames, paneling and partly through the door... and that was just overnight! We opened the patio door and it left the next day. I hope it had some serious indigestion from eating all that wood. Worse part was that it wasn't covered by insurance because squirrels are considered rodents.

On a side note... something that I just thought of too...

You could get a hawk. We have one that hunts in our yard every so often. It was sitting on one of our trees once "playing" with one of the squirrels. The squirrel would go up-the hawk would go up a branch. The squirrel would go down- the hawk would fly to the ground. This kept going on for enough time for me to tire watching it... ;) The next morning... a squirrel's nest in that same tree was scattered on the ground below. There was snow on the ground so it stood out and caught my eye. I keep wondering if the hawk came and got him at night...

Yesterday afternoon the hawk was hanging out on our log pile. I'm hoping he will take out another one. He's welcome anytime in our yard!

Plus... those squirrels are going to be fine after the joy ride! If you look at the shots where to can see the ground, the squirrels are moving when they get down. A couple weeks ago, I was sitting on my front porch watching a squirrel go across the electric lines along the road. There was a bird on the line too and the bird wasn't moving. The squirrel just dropped to the ground- about 20-30 feet- and scampered away.

Unless you tell me that there are flying squirrels in this video (I'll even go for 'Rocky & Bullwinkle) - I'm must refrain from watching this clip.
