HHGregg - Panasonic ES7056S Vortex Shaver for $39.95

HH Gregg rocks. They opened some stores near me 3 years ago and I have bought a lot from there. Good prices, good service. If you are looking for electronic items though, they may not have the best selection on things like TVs.

oooh i need a good shaver. i might get thisssss

I've delt with H.H. Garbage before, AND NEVER AGAIN. I had to go to the local newspaper's Customer's Advocate person to get HA HA GOTCHA to do right. H.H. didn't want the truth of their dishonesty printed in the newspaper.

Can you extrapolate a little?

Can you extrapolate a little on this please? Was it them, or a faulty product? I'm thinking of heading over and picking one of these up tomorrow.

I think you can have a bad experience almost anywhere, especially dealing with chain stores (though HHG is still family-owned).

I can tell you my expereince with them. Went to the first store they opened a few months after they opened in my area. Bought a brand new Maytag w&d set at a great price which both still work great. Paid them off in 18 mos, so no interest. They delivered it the next day (their dist. center in my area was real close to where I lived and I am going to be even closer to it now). They call you 45 mins ahead of time when they leave the warehouse so you don't have to wait all day for them like with some cable companies. Customer service was great, friendly, etc. I have since bought a cheap bedroom dvd player when they had employee pricing which they do every 3 months or so and that was $18. It's not perfect, but for the price, it's decent. Also bought a regular 19" Toshiba tv for the bedroom at a great price, along with some other things here and there. Customer sevice has always been great. The sales people actually know what they are talking about. I am abought to buy a house and plan to buy a fridge from them as well. And no I don't work for them or any company they are affiliated with.

If you search for their reviews you will find good ones and bad ones, but there are more good than bad.

Let me correct my previous post. 90% was sold to a private investment company to fuel expansion in 2005. They have filed with the SEC to sell $175 million of stock to the public.
