High scores in arcade

I was the first to get 100 points in the cookie cooking game (arcades) but it doesn't show next to my name because someone else tied it after me. This is very upsetting :cry: . Can we fix this?
 
I'll forward this on to Spoofee. I know the arcade frequently has bugs, but I think he knows how to figure everything out. Thanks for your concern. :)
 
dominicanpapi82 : sorry, the latest person to get the score gets to be on top. Not a bug.
 
Come on, cut Spoofee a break, there's nothing he can do, it's not like he wrote the arcade plugin. Is it really that big of a deal? :D
 
well.. the arcade isn't a sport.. and you weren't even playing a sports arcade game, i fail to see how sports come into effect?

The point isn't that it's a sport. People in general tend to acknowledge the first person to do almost anything.

I consider the arcades fun, but what makes a lot of those games worth playing a second time is the challenge of beating a high score and getting that trophy. (Why else play that piggybank game more than a few times or for more than a few minutes? LOL )

I'm just saying that it's more fun when people get a high score and I try to beat it, and when I get a high score and other people people try to beat it. It sucks when all someone has to do is tie my score for me to lose the trophy.

EDIT: I just noticed the cookies trophy is back under my name. THANKS!!
 
When there's a tie, I personally think the one with less time to play to reach that score wins. See the "Length" column.

Comparing the computers at work (ups! :21: ) and at home, I notice that the games play slower for slower computer.
 
Yeah, on a slower computer, Flash probably runs slower.
