Looking for 10% off Home Depot coupon. I've seen the Lowes' coupon for 10% off in the US Postal Service change of address packet, but the only Lowe's store is across the lake in Plattsburgh, NY. There is a local Home Depot here in Williston, Vt. Thanks...

I just spent a long time taking care of this to buy a new grill. I literally spent weeks just to save $55. 
If you call Lowe's at 1-800-44LOWES, they'll sign you up on the relocation program. Even though I had registered at Lowe's online for relocation, they had never signed me up on relocation for some reason. When I called, the woman told me that she re-input the information, and after a few days of doubting, my fresh Lowe's coupon arrived in my e-mail which can be used once at Lowe's or unlimited at Home Depot, who will happily accept the coupon. I used it at Home Depot to buy my grill which they had in stock but Lowe's had to special order.

They should. Mine had no problem with it, and I have heard success stories of people using the Lowe's coupon at Home Depot.
Basically, even if you signed up with Lowe's, call them and explain that you'd like to enter the relocation program, have the person input your information, and your coupon should arrive in about 3 days by e-mail.

I looks like u already signed up for Home Depot email/postal mail. I have recd coupons in the postal mail from HD. Post Office gives address change packet w/Lowes coupon and u already know that.
When we moved (it was years ago now) Welcome Wagon sent us an envelope full of local coupons. Don't know if Welcome Wagon is still around. There r other "Welcome" type organizations besides. Maybe someone remembers the names of those. If I think of the names, will come back and post info for you.
