home phone network adapter

well...my sister has been complaining her wireless has been disconnecting off and on a lot and my dad wanted me to search up dealas on a hpn adapter....pci i guess.....

but where should i go or look for comparing prices for this? i tried google searches, but most of the products when i click on them don't exist anymore...

HPN adapters are long gone. My friend has an HPN network set up in his home which works really well for him, but it seems like the technology has really disappeared. His network cards fry out a lot for some reason, he's been through three or four adapters, and he has to special order them from Broadcom under his warranty I think.

I think you're better off buying a Linksys or another brand wireless extender (they actually work pretty well, although a little expensive), you might do better with one of those if your wireless signal is weak.
 
My Belkin wireless router had problems with 2.4G cordless phones.

My Belkin has trouble with a 2.4 too. I'm getting rid of the phone and also I'm getting a new router.
