Something Else with Audio/Mic Jacks

To me, I prefer something with headset jacks.

I saw this little gadget the 2006 International Consumer Electronic Show at Las Vegas last weekend. It connects to your computer's audio and microphone jacks and on the other end, it has a regular telephone jack. So basically, it's a plateform for you to connect any of your everyday home phone to a computer and use Skype for making free international calls.

It's a product from this company called Auvi, and here's the link to their little Skype Telephone Adapter. It's priced at $30 at their website, but the folks there said stores are allowed to sell them at as low as $20. So watch out for that!

Nevertheless, the free after rebate phone is still an excellent deal :claps:
