How to dispute bill???

Hey all,
I'm having trouble with a seller. I have placed an pre-order purchase, but the seller never shipped the item when the schedule date is up. I try to dispute the charge, but due to only 60 days limitation, that was no longer my option. What other steps can I take? Thanks!
 
Try your local Attorney General and the Division of Consumer Protection in your state. The combination of the two usually get attention.

Your state on both. If the attorney general needs to, they will also forward your complaint to the seller's state. Good luck and keep us posted.
