I too tried this and after getting to the billing screen, you key in the promo code and it says "we have selected the best promo for you."

Ends up being about $700 with tax... nowhere near the deal that it looks like on the surface.

It does not appear that you can select Windows XP Home as the operating system for this PC. Does anyone know if there is a way to get XP with this instead of Vista?
