Re: Much better deals elsewhere

If anyone has been looking for a laptop, there were some huge sales on HP products in FL, GA, and CO and the deals have moved onto ebay. I just bought a brand-new HP Pavilion dv9410us Notebook for $650 shipped!

- Vista Home Premium
- 17.0" WXGA+ High-Definition BrightView Widescreen (1440 x 900)
- AMD Turion X2 Dual Core 1.8 ghz
- 2GB DDR2
- NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 (UMA)
- Wireless
- 160GB Hard Drive
- LightScribe Super Multi 8X DVD±R/RW with Double Layer Support

Search for them, they're out there - I used "dv9410*" and looked under the other pavilion series laptops as well. I wouldn't go with this deal, though.

Don't these only have 1GB of ram?

Yes, you can upgrade to 2GB for another $100.

He is talking about buying a computer on eBay (because they were picked up cheap elsewhere) and sharing the savings of the original buyer.

Update:
Coupon discounts are not combinable with instant rebate(s) or free gift offers. We have applied your coupon, which is the higher of the two discounts.

You lose the $100 dollar instant rebate when you use a coupon :(

Re: Laptops

Yeah, HoudiniMan said it perfectly. The original buyer got it dirt cheap from a state I don't live in, upgraded the RAM to 2 GB, and posted it on ebay...where I found it. I'm not sure if they're still up like they were last week, but when I won the auction there were about 30 of them, and more were listed every day.

Man, this thing is sweet, too. My first laptop :claps:

17in is nice if u want something that is a desktop replacement. 14.1 inch is very nice for home, school, and on the go. i bought this deal because i like the 7200 vid card and 30% includes all the upgrades, high cap battery, core 2 duo processor (which owns amd x2's in everyway). pretty nice for a core 2 duo upgrade.

I can't find where to Help please.

Re: Where to help?

cdman, could you rephrase your question please? I'm not really sure what you are asking....or stating.
