I entered my dog's photo into a contest to win a PetCO giftcard!!! Here is the LINK: http://www.pattihillauthor.com/html/contests.html

You can vote once per day as far as I know until October 26th. She is currently in THIRD place. She is ROSIE, the black and white little dog with the santa suit and you just vote by giving a thumbs up for her or thumbs down for the others!

The facts lend to the conclusion that more people with dogs have cameras than people who have cats OR dogs are more inclined to be photographed.
