IDSO: Children's Party Favors

My son is having his second birthday in March and I'm looking for free or really cheap party favors to give out. It doesn't really matter the theme or kind of favors they are. I've been looking, but I can't find anything.

PS. Does anyone know any games or activites that are age approprate for kids 1-5 to do at his party?

Orienental Trading company is not bad or the $1 store.
Also do a search on the internet for "Birthday party themes" I always get
lost of ideas that way. They often have simple craft ideas to make low cost games and prizes. Use plain lunch sacks with stickers and markers for goodie bags. Kids don't care. They just want the goodie! Make some home made cookies for the bags. Yummy!

W/ the cookies....you can go one step further and have the kids decorate the cookies. That way they are making their own treats and it can be time consuming. The downside for you....well...the cleanup.
