I'm wondering whats going around?

I have been sick now since Saturday.It started off with a tickle in my throat and a slight cough.Now my throat is really sore,I cannot talk as my vocal cords are hurting and I just feel horrible.It hurts in the base of my throat down into my chest.I sound like I am barking when I cough.Now my FIL is coming down with whatever,and so is my MIL.My mom who lives in Michigan says that two out of three of my daughters are sick and so is my dad.What the heck is going around?Anyone else feel sick like this?

Everyone in my house (except me) had this, or some version of it. I think it was a combination of a cold and allergic reactions to the HUGE pollen blooms we had.

I'm not allergic to anything, but I had a 3 day bout with the tree pollen. The sinus pressure was so great that it caused double vision.
 
I had it - it was horrible - it was so horrible that I had it in March and then it came back around in April - almost to the day. You know it is coming when you feel that little tickle - so start taking something right then - dont wait!
 
Whatever it is...do you have a cough that sounds like a deep bark?Because this is just horrible.:doh: :worry:

Yes, the people I was working with wanted to take me to the ER
