What "enforcement"? I thought the feds would be happy that Arizona was enforcing the law since it is evidently the feds' job to not enforce it.
There are some pieces of the Arizona law that I wasn't completely sold on. However, I think this comes down to state rights. And I think the feds are taking too much control.
Eventually it will be against the law to smoke, go outside on high pollution days, eat donuts, or do anything else that might cost the government more Health Care money.
She added that "while we understand the frustration of Arizonans with the broken immigration system, a patchwork of state and local policies would seriously disrupt federal immigration enforcement and would ultimately be counterproductive."
