Wow, this is REALLY tempting.

These are OEM right? No fan but not refurbished (if that's even possible)??

I have a Zalman fan already...
 
You order an item they charge your credit card then they confirm the order and then they cancel your order due to out of stock. Then they say the charges will "drop off" your credit card" in a few days. Not to happy with Micro Centers mail order system. Ordered a E6600 and it got cancelled. Ordered a E7700 and both charges ended up on my CC. Now they say they don't have the 7700 either. I'm going back to Zipzoomfly or Mwave.

Yup...just look at their reviews at resellerratings.com and you'll
see why......I'd rather buy from Newegg and others.
