For all those who are less aware, this doesn't come with a Heatsink/Fan, not that you really want to use it anyway. It also doesn't have the associated warranty the retail model does.

Are you sure it doesn't have the warranty? I'm pretty sure Intel will warranty the item whether OEM or Retail.

This is one great looking CPU. It's based on Intel's 45nm technology so it uses less power (65w). Pretty sweet.

I'm just holding out for the quad version (Q9450). Bring me a price this good on the Q9450 and I'll be all over it!!!

This is an OEM processor, they come with a 30 day warranty from Newegg, that is all. It is not like the processor is likely to fail though. You would have not properly install it to screw it up.
