Newspaper circular shows both the $80 and $70 rebates. With the $299.99 in-store price and both rebates, the circular shows a price of $149.99 after mail-in savings. Both rebates should be valid.

FYI, the only color I can find is the Remix blue. Red and siliver is missing.

Anyways I have always love iRiver products. I still have their old ihp-110 and thinking of a upgrade soon too. I had my eyes on the smaller 5GB H10 so I'll wait for a good deal for that instead.

Frys had the Toshiba Gigabeat 40 gig for $79.- after rebate... 40 GIGS!!! It was nice, 2.2 LCD screen, very nice. Then Outpost put the Toshiba Gigabeat 20Gig for $79 without a rebate. Sold out wayy tooo quick... =(

I think most of these models are either or being discontinued, thus the room for newer video mp3 players.
