Amazon is irresponsible, they sent me a comfirmation letter for the order of the iriver mp3 player before xmas, i waited and waited, the product never come to me, iater a month i sent them a letter asking them why the product is not shipped, they basically tell me that there is an error at their end and there is no order, i felt really bad as it had been at least a month, if i never ask them about my order i would still be thinking that one day the order will come, their slogan, At Amazon, you are done, i think i am really done with them.

i have NEVER had ANY problem with Amazon.com that wasn't resolved in under 20 minutes. Call them, speak to the manager, and complain. They will give you a discount or free overnight shipping or something. They are good like that.

its possible that they took it off for that reason, so go to help -> contact us -> and then choose your reason..... I have never had ANY trouble with them, and the one time I did have trouble, it was very simple and was resolved the next day......
