Yes Spoofers, here in the NY/NJ area it is the annual tradition of Fleet Week.

That being said, it is time for the other (lesser known) annual tradition...

Hey Preco!...The Fleet is in.

I thought you went a little overboard this year, standing on the tip of Ellis Island waving to welcome the sailors in the the harbor (akin to the sirens of Jason and the Argonauts saga), but who am I to judge?

Hey, just showing my appreciation for the boys...... I just love a man in uniform....and those armed forces, mmmm mmm....and all the ups and down and making waves on the ships.....it's always thrilling to make those boys smile. :wink:

Wow. I thought there seemed to be less Service Men in Time Square and Midtown but until now didn't realize the attraction would be Staten Island. Guess the free ferry ride is the deal-maker.
