Detailed rules (I can't include the link as it's java script, but go to website for FULL rules):
1. Eligibility: J.Crew Crewcuts Set-For-School (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited.
2. Sponsor: J. Crew Group, Inc., 770 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, U.S.A. Administrator: ePrize, LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069, U.S.A.
3. Timing: The Promotion begins on July 24, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, go to http://jcrew.eprize.net/promotion2008 and complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.
Limit: Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries on or around September 16, 2008. Instant Win Game: Fifty-four (54) random, computer-generated winning times, one (1) per day, will be generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
7. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email, telephone, or registered mail after the date of random drawing. Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her place of residence) will be required to sign and return to ePrize, within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (or Declaration of Compliance, if Canadian resident) in order to claim his/her prize if applicable. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (or Declaration of Compliance) within the required time period (if applicable), answer the time-limited skill testing question correctly (if potential winner is a Canadian resident), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that any potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded. For U.S. residents, Instant Win Game Prizes will be fulfilled 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion. For Canadian residents, prizes will be fulfilled the later of 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion, or 2-3 weeks after the receipt of the skill testing question.
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $2,000 J. Crew gift card and a personal shopper that can be obtained at any store, at jcrew.com or by calling 1-800-261-7422. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of gift card. ARV: $2,000.

Btw, just to note. Is it just me, or is it ODD that if the winner's from Canada, they'll have to "... correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize." ??! What's THAT about?
