you get what you pay for with jogging strollers, so make sure you aren't just buying something cheap cuz it's cheap. you want your baby comfortable while you're out there. also, the cheap ones are heavier to push, which makes for a harder upper body workout, and a slower run for the parent. no basket underneath means no packing snacks along, and that can turn plans for a nice 20 minute jog into a 2min trip to the end of the block and back.
if you're truly jogging with it, and not just using it to keep up with the joneses, then make sure the front wheel is at least 16", and that it doesn't move. the ones that move are good for steering when you take it to the mall, but if you're out there running, you want a fixed wheel for baby's sake. the babytrend jogger is a decent one, although it's very heavy. costco carries the schwinn for about 129. if you plan on using it for years, i'd invest the money in a bob stroller. it's better to spend $300 on a stroller that will last you for 5-6 years, than buy a $100 model that's hard to maneuver, and end up buying the more expensive one after it's too late to return the other one.
could also check ebay, although i've found that with shipping, they usually aren't any better prices than from a store.
