Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winner shall be solely responsible for all taxes (including federal, state and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified in these rules as being awarded. All prize details (including without limitation, color of the Notebook PC, method and location of delivery of the prize), are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
